Monty Hardy is the owner and president of Red Apple Financial, a charter school ESP that provides business services to 31 schools in Utah, Idaho and Nevada. Over the last decade, he has played a key role in the construction and/or financing of a long list of successful charter schools, including 45 different projects in 35 schools. He holds a Masters Degree in International Finance and has been working with private, public and non-profit schools since 1995. He brings to the table a unique perspective in finance and accounting that is invaluable when it comes to funding new projects.
Clint Biesinger is a licensed Financial Advisor and has evaluated municipal debt across the nation in almost all 50 states. During that time, Clint worked with municipalities, investment bankers, institutional sales people, banks, and many other buyers of fixed income securities. Clint holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Utah and also earned an MBA from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College graduating summa cum laude. He is a strong advocate for charter schools. Clint was central to the original working group that created the Utah Charter School Credit Enhancement Program. He is highly respected in his field.
